<p>High intensity exercises are the key to getting a flat stomach. Ab exercises that target the abs will not give you a flat stomach. High intensity training will kick start your system and metabolism. This can be done through interval training and regular exercise.</p>
<p>Spot reduction does not work. Training the abs will not give you ripped abs. To get a flat stomach, you must train the whole body and burn fat. When you burn the fat throughout the body and the belly, the abdominal muscles under the fat will be more visible.</p>
<p>High intensity training causes a lowered oxygen situation in the muscles, which results in increased accumulation of carbon dioxide and lactic acid. Resulting in lowered muscle function.</p>
<p>When the body is resting, the body is quickly trying to get oxygen into the muscles to nourish, repair and clear the waste products in the muscles. As a result, the muscle metabolic activity is increased and needs to expend more energy to function. </p>
<p>Interval set training also creates an oxygen debt situation in the muscles. This causes the body to really increase its metabolic activity to keep providing energy to the increased physical activity, thereby increasing overall fat burning.</p>
<p>The muscles utilize the calories from the food we eat and when that is fully consumed, it turns to the fat stores on our body to provide the necessary energy. This fat burning process increases the body&#8217;s capacity to burn fat and keeps actively replenishing and repairing the muscles well after the exercise session has ended.</p>
<p>Having a regular exercise program keeps the body active in burning fat as well as efficient at providing oxygen, energy and removing waste products from the muscles. This regular training has a cumulative effect and keeps the body&#8217;s metabolism high as well as strong and healthy.</p>
<p>High intensity exercises is the best way to getting a flat stomach. By increasing your metabolism, through interval training and regular exercise you will be able to get that flat stomach that you&#8217;ve always dreamed of.</p>

<p>For six-pack abs, ab machines do not work. Many ab machines on the market either don&#8217;t target the ab muscles directly or they can cause muscle imbalances that can cause other problems or potential injury. For six-pack abs, we must focus on our diet, and increasing our metabolism.</p>
<p>Some ab machines on the market support the neck and back, not allowing them to train, while doing the exercise. This can cause imbalances as the neck and back will not get stronger, while the abs are getting stronger.</p>
<p>Some ab machines place our body in positions that may cause injury while doing the exercise. Some machines target the hip flexor muscle group rather than the abs.</p>
<p>The nutritional components of what we eat is key to achieving ripped abs. Rather than eating 3 large meals per day, increase the number of meals to 5-6 and eat smaller meals. This way you can keep a constant energy level throughout the day and keep the blood sugar levels steady.</p>
<p>Consuming lean protein and complex carbohydrates allows our body to utilize those calories with greater efficiency and increase fat burning. Also by cutting out sugar snacks, fatty foods, fast foods and carbonated beverages we are better able to control the calories that we eat and keep our body from converting the extra calories that we consume into fat.</p>
<p>Stress makes our body store excess body fat in the belly area. When we are in a stressful situation, our body stores fat in our belly because of the hormone Cortisol, which is released during stress. </p>
<p>Meditation, deep breathing, tai chi and yoga can help us manage our stress levels and help to reduce the storage of excess fat in our belly area.</p>
<p>Ab machines are not the answer to getting ripped abs. Achieving ripped abs means increasing overall metabolism through exercise, watching our diet and decreasing stress in our lives.</p>

<p>How to melt your belly fat? That is the question we all want to know. We have some suggestions that will help you melt your belly fat. We should focus on increasing the intensity of the physical activity, monitoring your diet, incorporating resistance training and decreasing stress levels.</p>
<p>When you exercise, you should try to increase your heart rate during the activity. Determine your target heart rate range, then exercise and maintain your heart rate within that target range. By increasing your heart rate, you help your body burn calories quicker.</p>
<p>Activities such as biking, running, brisk walking or swimming can all be effective in burning calories and melt belly fat in just a few weeks of regular exercise. </p>
<p>Another way of helping our body to melt belly fat is to monitor our diet. Eating more often throughout the day will help maintain our energy levels. Also eating lean protein, complex carbohydrates and eliminating sugar and fat from our diet will help us burn calories and keep the body from storing the excess calories as fat.</p>
<p>Resistance training has also shown to help define and sculpt our bodies. It also helps to increase our metabolism and increase our body&#8217;s fat burning capacity. Increasing our lean body mass, we also increase our muscle&#8217;s metabolic processes, which lead to increased burning of fat.</p>
<p>Decreasing our stress level helps to eliminate excess fat storage in the belly. Stress releases Cortisol, a hormone that causes the body to store fat in the belly to be utilized as a fuel in an emergency situation.</p>
<p>Stress management activities such as deep breathing, yoga, tai chi and meditation have been effective in helping decrease stress levels and help keep our body from storing fat in the belly.</p>
<p>The easy method to melt belly fat is changing our exercise program to increase our heart rate, watching our diet, resistance training exercises and lowering our stress. Understanding these methods will help you melt your belly fat.</p>

<p>The question that is always asked is, &#8220;How to get abs that look great?&#8221; The media always advertise fad diets, ab machines and exercises that promise you abs that look great. The problem with those ads are that they don&#8217;t work and are not effective at burning fat. To get abs that look great, you must increase your body&#8217;s metabolic activity by regular exercise and healthy eating habits.</p>
<p>There are so many diets, exercise machines and ab routines that are advertised, each guaranteeing fantastic results, but they are not effective. Some exercises and machines focus the training on the abs themselves to give you ripped abs, while others advertise taking oral supplements to give you that six-pack stomach.</p>
<p>What we must understand is that in order to get abs that look great, we must increase our metabolism through regular exercise. Regular exercise produces lean muscle mass, which promotes increased metabolic activity of the muscles. The increased metabolic activity is able to utilize and burn the calories that we eat as well as the excess belly fat.</p>
<p>Sculpting our body through resistance training, will help our body increase its fat burning capacity to become more efficient at burning fat to expend during physical exercise.</p>
<p>In addition to resistance training, interval training has been effective in getting fast results. When we train in intervals, we train our body to adapt to the increased demand of the anaerobic activity. When this occurs, the body must increase its lean body mass and require more energy to be used. The increased demands of the muscles will make the body burn the excess fat on our body. Studies have shown that fat burning continues for several hours after an interval training session.</p>
<p>Healthy eating habits are ways to help our body achieve great looking abs. By avoiding sodas, sugar snacks, processed food, and fatty fast food, we are better able to monitor our calories. Eating foods that are rich in complex carbohydrates and lean protein, we are better able to strike a balance between our caloric intake and caloric expenditure.</p>
<p>Consuming 5-6, small-portioned meals throughout the day allows our body to maintain its energy level and stabilize its blood sugar. By maintaining our energy level, we are better able to fuel our daily activities as well as get optimal results with our physical exercise activity.</p>
<p>We all want to get the fastest results before anyone else. In order to get abs faster than anyone else, we need to focus on increasing our metabolism, through resistance and interval training and watching our diet.</p>
